Straightening, grinding and complete repair of Crankshafts.

• Rebabbitting and Manufacturing of white metal bearings up to 1500 mm diameter. Development & Manufacturing of babbitt white metal bearings as per the drawing or sample. Engineers with CAD-CAM & instruments can be deputed at remote sites for preparation of drawing. 

Manufacturing & Export of Babbitt white metal of different grades as per client's requirement.

On site Metal stitching of damaged cast iron, aluminium, Bronze heavy components like engine blocks, cylinder liner, cylinder heads etc.

Supply of Spare Parts of all make from OEM. 

Ready stock of bearings Standard and special size. 

Inspection on site (Calibration, Hardness test, Magnetic Particle Test, Trueness, Deflection, Surface Roughness)

Supply of reconditioned spare parts and marine equipment like fresh water Generator, Heat exchangers, Compressors. DG sets etc.

Overhauling & repair of engines.
