Prior to grinding, all crankpins were thoroughly inspected and measured to evaluate wear, taper, and ovality. The measurements confirmed deviations from the standard diameter of 230.00 mm, with ovality values exceeding permissible limitsclearly indicating the necessity for precision grinding and polishing.

  1. CR-1: Minimum diameter 229.81 mm, ovality 0.19 mm
  2. CR-5: Minimum diameter 229.90 mm, ovality 0.10 mm
